SIGN is developing a new guideline on the management of chronic venous leg ulcer.
The guideline covers:
- risk factors
- compression therapies
- endovenous therapy
- wound management.

- do the recommendations reflect the supporting evidence?
- are you aware of any relevant studies we have missed?
- are the language and presentation of the evidence and recommendations appropriate?
