SIGN Guidleine 49: Hypertension in older people

SIGN 49 has been withdrawn as it has largely been superseded by SIGN 97 (Prevention of CVD). Further, the recommendations for people with diabetes and renal disease should be replaced with those in SIGN 103 (Chronic Kidney Disease) and SIGN 116 (Management of Diabetes). 

Finally, the Joint British Societies Coronary Risk Prediction Chart referred to in SIGN 49 has been updated (http://www.bcs.com/download/651/JBS2final.pdf )
