Publication scheme

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2004, all public bodies are required to produce a Publication Scheme for information that they hold. From 1 January 2005 SIGN will be part of NHS Quality Improvement Scotland, and will be covered by the Publication Scheme they have adopted. For all enquirers, this scheme sets out what types of information we publish, or intend to publish, and how the information is made available.

The full rights to access information starts from 1 January 2005.
